AREA SALES MANAGER MATERIAL HANDLING & CONSTRUCTION TIRES (K,M,X)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

MISSION: The Area Sales Manager for Material Handling & Construction Tires manages sales efforts for the company’s products within the assigned sales area and accounts. The primary responsibility is to drive and enhance the company’s products’ market position and penetration. ASM will be both internally and externally focused on growing local market share and creating a sustainable, profitable sales strategy. As part of the wider sales team, he/she will be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships and developing long-term partnerships.

SALES AREA: dolnośląskie, opolskie, śląskie, małopolskie, podkarpackie, łódzkie, świętokrzyskie, lubelskie and a southern part of mazowieckie voivodships.

  • Working closely with the Sales Management to build strategy oriented business plans, making sure business is translated accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical and legal standards
  • Development of new business via consultative solutions sales process and building relationships with key decision makers
  • Management of customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle
  • Preparing and presenting professional sales offers
  • Resolving customer complaints and developing solutions
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Recommending changes in products, service, and policy
  • Participating in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, etc.

CANDIDATE’S PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the sales of tires or parts for construction, or material handling equipment in the above-mentioned regions
  • Experience in selling to dealers, wholsale channel, services of construction machinery, or forklifts
  • Proven track record in network expansion (identifying, scouting and onboarding new dealers)
  • Comfort working in a very target-driven environment, able to meet fixed deadlines under pressure, while working within budgets and specific targets
  • Fluent in both English (B2 at least) and Polish languages
  • Available for extensive business travels
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
