Our main goal is to find candidates whose professional qualifications and personal predispositions are best matched to the needs of the company and a given role.

Direct search is one of the most effective methods. Our consultants contact directly candidates working at managerial or specialist positions who have the competencies relevant with the desired profile and make them familiar with job offers at our clients.
