At Gravet Consulting, based in the vibrant city of Łódź, Poland, we’ve been involved in HR consulting since 2004. We partner with diverse companies across Poland, successfully executing projects in recruitment and strategic human resource management.

Direct search is one of the most effective methods. Our consultants contact directly candidates working at managerial or specialist positions who have the competencies relevant with the desired profile and make them familiar with job offers at our clients.

DIAGNOSIS OF POTENTIAL AND COMPETENCIES
The assessment of competences is performed by our consultants with a relevant education and trainings, as well as rich experience in advisory, recruitment and selection areas. A set of competencies subject to the evaluation is determined individually with the client, depending on the aim of the project.
